I Am Now Back Across the 38th Parallel Line
Letters from a 5th Regimental Combat Team Soldier
THE 38TH PARALLEL LINE. Following World War II, it was set as the dividing line between North and South Korea. As the Korean conflict escalated, it became the frontline for a new war.
For John Mullenax, already a decorated veteran of World War II, the conflict brought him back to the warzone just as he was returning to his home life in the United States, and forming a relationship with his future wife, Edith Zinkhan.
Within this book are John and Edith's correspondence while John was on active duty in Korea, as well as John's letters to family awaiting word from home.
A Tribute to Our Heroes

These letters tell the story how a Veteran was called back to active duty to fight in Korea. His story can be described in each letter and how he survived. Also, the life a single mom has endured waiting for her fiancée to come home.

Honoring Our Veterans
A Veteran's Voice in Letters to Home is dedicated to selling a book detailing personal experiences from the Korea Conflict. Through heartfelt letters, we preserve and honor the stories of those who served, enriching understanding of this historical period.
